If you are using an invite URL supplied by our orgamization via email - please esnure that the email is the same as the email that the invite was sent to.  Any other email will not work.

If you are signing up without an "Invite" - after you submit your email and password for sign-up, please look for a verification email sent to the email you provided and click the "Verify" link to continue with the on-boarding process.
