Some Community Sponsors configure Google Analytics on their communities. When a tenant’s Google Analytics tag is active, Google receives information about visits and feature use through its analytics technology. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own policies. Browser extensions and settings may offer additional controls over Google Analytics.
4. Third-party and embedded features
A feature you choose to use—such as an embedded video, payment flow, connected service, chat feature, or AI-enabled feature—may use technology provided by another company. Those technologies are governed by the provider’s notices and may operate only on pages where the feature is present. This policy does not claim that every optional feature or provider is active in every community.
5. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies and clear site data. Consult your browser’s help or privacy settings for instructions. Controls differ by browser and device. Blocking all cookies may prevent authenticated community functions from working, require you to sign in repeatedly, or cause saved settings to be lost.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as technologies, the Services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
